Three Week Fitness Progress

Been training for almost 3 months now, but even the difference in the past 3 weeks is motivating. The photo on the left was taken October 3rd, and the one on the right was taken earlier.

Noticeable added lean muscle mass, as well as fat reduction throughout the body and especially around the abdominal section can be seen. Improvements in overall energy and endurance is also evident.

It is always good to be able to see progress in your training program, especially in such short durations. These noticeable improvements help regulate serotonin levels and overall emotional well-being, and in due process a continued motivational drive to keep pushing forward. Excited to see more of these improvements.
